Company Profile:
Pontrelli & Laricchia, Ltd. was founded in the early 1920’s by Domenico Pontrelli. Known then as Eastside Market, the company operated as a retail Italian meat market with Italian Sausage manufactured on the premises. In the following decades, Pontrelli & Laricchia has left its retail roots and grown into one of the west coast's premiere sausage and meat processing companies. In addition, it has grown into a prime distributor of products to pizzerias and other dining establsihments in California. Now, under the leadership of Dominic and Vito Pontrelli, backed by 70 years of tradition and experience, the company continues to manufacture premium quality sausages and service hundreds of restaurants on the west coast.
